Replacement Policy
- Right to exchange : The consumer has the right to exchange the product provided to him by the store within seven days from the date of receipt of the product.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on international shipments.
- Replacement terms :
- The product must be in good condition, not used or unused.
- The store has the right to inspect the product before replacement to ensure its safety.
- The consumer bears the shipping costs in case of replacement, and in international replacement the consumer bears the full shipping costs. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
- Cases in which replacement is not permitted: If the product is manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specific specifications, except for products with defects.
- If the product is video tapes, discs, or software that has been used.
- If the product is newspapers, magazines, or books.
- If the product is defective due to poor handling by the consumer.
- If the contract includes the provision of accommodation, transportation, or catering services.
- If the contract includes the purchase of software download products over the Internet.
Return Policy
Ensure the safety of the shipment
The SUPPS ENERGY store team pays great attention to product packaging. If the product arrives damaged, missing or different from the order, the store bears full responsibility. We will refund the value of the product or calculate it as a credit in your account in the store, if you contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.
Product quality assurance
SUPPS ENERGY Store assures that all products sold are original and in excellent condition. If you have any comments about the quality of the product, please contact customer service within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to refund the value of the product or credit it to your account.
Cancel order
You can modify or cancel your order while it is in our warehouse and before it is shipped. After the order is shipped, you cannot modify or cancel it.
Return or exchange the product
If there is no fault or defect in the product but you no longer want it, you can return the product within 3 days of receiving the order. However, the store will not bear the shipping and return costs. Snacks are excluded from this, as we apologize for not being able to return or exchange them.
Return Terms
The product to be exchanged or returned must be unused, in its original condition, and in a condition that allows it to be resold. Used or damaged products will not be accepted as returns.
The balance will be added or the amount will be returned to your bank account after receiving and verifying the shipment.
